Coco View's reputation as the easiest place to SCUBA isn't luck. Our staff works hard at jobs they love to make your diving experiences as effortless and enjoyable as possible. Everything from our "Front Yard" orientations to the personal attention you receive from your Dive Master and Boat Captain is intended to make you feel safe and comfortable in our diving paradise.

Your dive equipment is on the dock, stored in large lockers only steps away from your boat. Plentiful clean water rinse tanks and showers are there, too. The compressor room, air tanks, Nitrox, our Dive Masters, as well as Dockside Dive and Photo Center are all conveniently located on the boat dock. Simplifying the pre-dive preparation and the post dive clean-up is one of the best attributes Coco View Resort offers. Experienced "CocoNuts" and first time guests all agree -- it just doesn't get any easier than Coco View!

Jessi Ruiz, Dive Operations Manager

Jessi has been with CCV for 7 years, first as a dive master and now as Dive Operations Manager. Jessi’s experience in the dive industry began as Captain on the Caribbean Dream (BayIsland’s Aggressor), a live-aboard out of Roatan. He was also the chief engineer. During that time he completed the PADI Dive Master program. Jessi doubled as engineer and DM until he came to CCV in 2001.

His many duties as Dive Operations Manager include compressor maintenance, tank maintenance, boat inspections, and dock safety inspections. He also schedules the dive and dock employees.

Jessi’s great personality and his excellent diving skills have made him one of CCV’s most requested DMs by our guests.
